1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern use of PinMyDates, a service that organizes important dates, reminders and optional file attachments. The contracting entity, registered address and governing law will be identified before publication.

2. Description of the service

PinMyDates provides date tracking, countdowns, categories, private file attachments, in-app and optional email notifications, renewals, Excel import/export and related tools. Marketing images are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular feature.

3. User account and eligibility

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. Tell us at pinmydates@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Manage data for others only when you have permission.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep any rights you hold in documents and information you upload. You give the service only the permissions needed to store, process and display that content. Do not upload illegal material, malicious files, or personal information you are not authorized to provide.

5. Reminder accuracy and no guarantee

Countdowns and reminders depend on the dates you enter, your settings, time zones, connectivity and email providers. PinMyDates is a convenience tool and not an official verification or legal/compliance service. Always confirm important deadlines directly with the relevant authority or provider. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or perfectly timed delivery.

6. Documents and backups

Supported files are PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB each, with a storage allowance shown in the app. Keep your own copies of essential documents; uploads are not a substitute for originals.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass technical restrictions, misuse accounts, upload malware, conduct fraud, scrape data excessively, or interfere with other users.

8. Paid plans and refunds

No paid plans are offered at this time. If paid plans launch, prices and terms will be published before anyone is charged.

9. Intellectual property

PinMyDates branding, designs and software belong to their respective rights holders. Your uploaded content remains yours.

10. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy before uploading personal or sensitive documents.

11. Availability, changes and termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings or via the Delete Account page.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Final liability terms will be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
